This summer we are using Jot Form. This form will include the registration along with medical information. Please have all medical information available to fill out the form. Once you have submitted registration you will recieve an invoice with the amount owed. You will also receive a parent packet with information on how to register for Hunters ED, What to bring, Camp policies, and much more.
We require that a $100 deposit be submitted two weeks after submission. If deposit is not recieved your child will lose his/her spot.
You may turn in payment before the camp drop off date. Balance must be paid in full upon drop off of camper.
If you are applying for a scholarship:
There are 2 levels of scholarships available.
Level 1: You will complete a Simple Scholarship Application. This level requires you to pay the $100 deposit, and the scholarship is for the balance.
Level 2: You will complete a more Involved Scholarship Application. For this level the scholarship will cover the full balance of camp.
